Et forventet overhead på ca. 20% er efter vores erfaring passende for de fleste projekter. Det giver frihed til at træffe de rigtige beslutninger, selvom det ikke altid er de nemmeste. Et projekt med 5% overhead kunne lige så godt være lavet efter vandfaldsmodellen.
